Incredible $30 Cartography Software Bundle Is a Virtual Tabletop GM's Dream

Following a short availability back in April, this cartography software collection is back for a limited time available through early December. Hailed as a "treasure trove of assets and apps" developed by ProFantasy Software over the years, the entire collection is valued at over $1,300. The Main Attraction

The big draw is certainly permanent access for Campaign Cartographer 3+, an industry-standard cartography program that can be used to generate various types including fantasy overworld maps, detailed regional charts, urban layouts, and most notably, tactical combat environments.

Bundle Tiers

Basic Package

The cheapest bundle tier, at a minimum cost of $1, includes only four of the 39 total items: Symbol Set 1: Fantasy Overland, Token Treasury: Monsters 1, Source Maps: Castles!, and Source Maps: Cities!. This package suits existing CC3+ users, but it does offer new fantasy symbol styles for landscape mapping, more than 750 monster tokens for use in virtual tabletops, over twenty-five top-down castle layouts with 470 associated map tokens, eight complete urban centers, and more than 70 urban floorplans.

Intermediate Package

The eight-item bundle starting at fifteen dollars is where things get more interesting by adding in permanent CC3+ access, the first Annual volume, Ultimate Mapping Guidebook, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. The Annual represents the annual collection from the company's ongoing subscription program featuring a variety CC3+ add-ons like map collections and additional utilities. Isometric Cities lets you present urban areas in 3D perspective using angled views from multiple angles. And the Tome of Ultimate Mapping is a 760-page suitable for novices and experts, full of tips and tutorials covering cartography techniques.

All 17 volumes from the Annual series come with this bundle, alongside a slew of additional tools and content that can help users craft complete solar systems, or focus exclusively on classic fantasy realm creation: battle maps, dungeons, urban centers, and land masses from almost any perspective. You can even design character portraits. At thirty versus fifteen dollars, the full bundle offers tremendous value, particularly for mappers who have only the annual CC3+ license seeking permanent licensing. But it's obviously more advantageous for map-making newbies since it includes the beginners' tutorials to help you get started. The sole limitation though you can redeem the deal on any platform, the applications only function on Windows.

Philanthropic Aspect

Similar to previous bundles, a portion of each sale goes to benefit a nonprofit.
